Mrs. Barbara Shipper

Ted Shipper was a 1981 graduate of College of Technical Arts in Machine Tools. He worked as a machinist at Oil City Brass and Ideco. He changed his career to upholster and was the owner of Ted’s Upholstery in Beaumont. Ted was a devoted husband to his wife, Barbara, and proud father of two children and grandfather to four grandchildren.
