Ms. Catherine Neff

Phillip E. Neff was an adjunct professor who taught Instrumentation at Lamar Institute of Technology in the late 1990’s after retiring from industry. He developed lung cancer and passed away on August 8, 1999. Many friends and colleagues joined together to establish this scholarship endowment to honor Mr. Neff.
