The Total Port Arthur Refinery is a refining asset of Total Petrochemical USA, Inc. The Total Port Arthur Refinery is the only Refining asset of Total Petrochemical USA, Inc. Originally constructed as an oil terminal in the early 1900s, the Port Arthur Refinery began operation in 1937. Petrofina acquired the Port Arthur Refinery in 1973 and Petrofina merged with Total in 1999. Capacity: 174,000 barrels per day of crude oil.
