After the devastation of Hurricane Ike in 2008, HR & R is actively involved in rebuilding the Sabine Pass Independent School District in Sabine Pass, Texas. HR &R Risk Management in San Angelo, Texas has a longstanding commitment to guarantee that students are empowered with the skills necessary to make transitions from one grade level through post secondary education to ultimately become productive members of society. In doing so, Kathleen Hicks and HR & R honors Mr. Zack Byrd, retired principal and superintendent of the Port Neches Groves Independent School District and current job foreman for the Sabine Pass Independent School District revitalization project.
