Smith-Hutson Scholarship
for students enrolled full or part time pursuing a degree or certificate in any academic major offered. Must complete at least twenty-four (24) credit hours per academic year. Must establish financial need and academic potential. Must be a U. S. citizen and Texas resident. 2.5 or higher GPA required.
