for students enrolled full time pursuing a degree or certificate in Accounting, Advanced Engine, Business and Computer Information Systems, Computer Drafting, Computer Networking and Troubleshooting, HVAC, Industrial Mechanics, Instrumentation, Management Development, Office Technology, Utility Line, or Welding. Must be a U.S. citizen. Renewable until graduation if student reapplies. 2.5 or higher GPA required.
