I haven’t received an invitation email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you still can’t find it, try resetting your password — password recovery is handled through Blackbaud ID (BBID).
- Go to Blackbaud ID for reset instructions.
If you are signing in with Single Sign-On (SSO) as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, be sure to select the “Admin and Applicant” tab when logging in.
I forgot my password:
- Visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address.
- You’ll receive an email with reset instructions.
